Tracker

Hi!!  My name is Tracker and I am a Basset hound.
I was adopted by my family from a shelter this year. There is a Mom and Dad and five kids....you heard me right five, that makes for lots of hugs and kisses. This is a picture of me the first day in my new home....I am about 20 pounds under weight here, Mom has worked really hard I am packing on the pounds!!..

Before we go any further, I want to let you now that there are so many good good dogs and cats at your local shelter that need good homes...after all we never ask to be here. It kind of just happens.  I am very lucky to have a new home and family that is going to keep me for the rest of my life. So if you are thinking of getting a family pet...PLEASE Give it a lot of thought...Going from place to place is hard on us and we deserve to be loved and cared for in a stable home....

This is one of my new family members, he is a bit strange if you ask me. He has a hissing and spitting problem. All I really want to do is play with him, but I do not think he cares. ....
